File associations don't work. When I double-click on a ConvertEasy configuration file, Windows complains that it can't find ConvertEasy. Why?

A. This can happen if you move ConvertEasy after enabling file associations. To correct the problem:

  1. Show the ConvertEasy Preferences dialog, accessible from the File menu.
  2. Disable file associations and apply it.
  3. Re-enable file associations and apply it.
