The "My Conversions" button and menu option isn't visible, why not?
A. This will happen if ConvertEasy is configured not to show it, or if it doesn't find any conversion configuration files where it looks for them. Show the Preferences dialog, accessible from the File menu, and check that the "Show My Conversions from" option is selected. Then check the location used - it will either be My Documents\My Conversions, or the Conversions folder beneath the application installation folder (usually C:\Program Files\SadMan Software\ConvertEasy\). You should store your conversion files under the selected folder, then ConvertEasy will detect it and add it to the My Conversions menu, and the "My Conversions" option will be shown.
