TButtonEdit is indirectly descended from TCustomEdit. It gives an edit box with a button at the right hand side. An event is invoked when the button is clicked.

TButtonEdit can be used as it is, or the intermediate TCustomButtonEdit is a good starting point for deriving more specialised "edit-with-button" controls.
