TssControlSizer allows the user to move and resize controls at runtime. It puts draggable "grab-handles" onto a control in a similar manner to the Delphi IDE.

Note: If the control to be resized is left, right, top or bottom aligned on a form, then ensure the form AutoScroll and AutoSize properties are both set to false, otherwise you'll not get the desired behaviour.
